Kenmore Ultra Dishwasher problems?
There is no water reaching the upper rack, and the food debris is not being flushed out and is being deposited on the dishes…. Model #16914…. about 9 or 10 years old…
I do trouble shooting for Sears. Usually if there’s no water reaching the upper rack, it’s due to low water pressure in the home. Here’s how to test this:
1. With a 2 liter container, turn the hot water on all the way in your kitchen sink. It should take no longer then 27 seconds to fill up. If it takes longer then that, then there’s a problem with your plumbing and you should contact a professional plumber.
2. But if it takes 27 seconds or less to fill up, then there could be a problem with your water inlet valve and you should contact a repair technician.
